Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. Specialising in Mechanical/Structural Design, Antenna Theory, or RF Electronics/Firmware.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
• Recognised subject matter expert in your discipline e.g., structural mechanics
• Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
• MS Office (Proficient)
• MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence
• Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid development
• Collaborate with other Chief Engineers and executive leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives
• Drive research, process improvement, and intellectual property generation
