Marketing Operations PDx Indirect. GE Health Care is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving commercial success. The role blends creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and works collaboratively within a team.

Marketing Campaign Support
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
  • Help develop creative content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
Content Creation & Management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support biannual refresh of marketing materials.
Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, preparing reports and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools and best practices.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee and provide analytics on local website.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure completion of in-country event workflows and payments (AST support).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, internships or entry‑level roles preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
