About the job Marketing Operations Manager

Our client a Group of companies is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to take on the crucial role of Studio Traffic. As a key contributor to our marketing operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing workflow, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient delivery of creative projects for our legal, medical, wholesale foods, and contract management software product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the marketing studio, managing project intake, assignment, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.

Resource Allocation

  • Collaborate with the creative team, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet project demands.
  • Optimize resource utilization and project timelines for maximum efficiency.

Project Coordination

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Communicate project status updates and potential roadblocks to relevant teams.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance studio operations processes.
  • Implement best practices to improve overall efficiency and project delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and product teams to understand project requirements and priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to build out the marketing and communications functions as an in-house agency for the Group.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and guidelines.
  • Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Reporting

  • Generate and analyse reports related to studio traffic, project timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing studio performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with creative studio workflows and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Agency experience is beneficial.
