Arxada is seeking a Marketing Manager Electronics profile. As an expert in the Electronics market, you are responsible for driving the commercial success of our resin product portfolio used in electronic applications. This role combines market insight, technical acumen, and strategic marketing execution to strengthen our market position, support sales growth, and guide future product development. You own the 3–5 year strategy for the Electronic business and support the Sales team with customer and performance data, competitive info and pricing guidance.
Lead marketing activities and cross-functional teams for success and growth in the Electronic material market
Conduct market and customer research to define product requirements and priorities, to bring input for product development
Own the product portfolio strategy for resins used in electronics
Collaborate with R&D and Technical Service teams to define product specifications, performance requirements, and innovation roadmaps to grow our innovation pipeline
Recommend pricing strategies based on value analysis, cost structures, market positioning and competitive environment
Recognize market trends by close interaction with Sales. Consolidate, and create, prioritize innovation pipeline/ideas, lead new product development and launches in collaboration with R&D and application technology. Own the commercial success of product launches
Develop an integrated business and marketing plan, including product cost, pricing, quality and product positioning in the competitive environment
Determine and implement go-to-market plan
Lead and develop portfolio segmentation strategy and deliver on the 3–5 year strategy for business. Execute and own the deliverables
Develop and execute marketing communication plans and activities by working closely with the MarCom team
Integrate sustainability principles into growth and strategy initiatives to ensure alignment with Arxada’s environmental and social responsibility goals
Identify and support core businesses growth programs, exploring adjacent spaces and innovative new business models to fuel growth
Profound understanding of the market, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services, competition and how to translate market analysis into action
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Attention to detail without losing the big picture
Ability to consolidate and communicate complex information
Able to translate general direction by global leadership into development of strategic and tactical plans for the Electronic market, and ensure execution
Strong experience in establishing new customer contacts and commercial negotiations until contract closure
