Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a group-wide marketing strategy aligned with investment and asset management objectives, this includes driving integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, and on-site platforms
- Ensure each asset is positioned effectively within its unique urban, township, or rural market.
- The role oversees annual marketing plans and budgets, monitors campaign performance.
- Ensure measurable outcomes such as increased trading densities, spend per head, parking revenue, and brand exposure.
- Lead events and promotional activations.
- Manage service providers and agencies.
- Drive non-GLA income initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and community stakeholders.
- Oversee websites and daily social media activity.
- Conducting competitor and market analysis.
- Deliver monthly marketing and performance reports to asset management and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role within the property or real estate sector.
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, including social media and content strategy.
- Proven experience managing marketing strategies across retail, office, industrial, and residential property portfolios.
- Strong track record in generating non-GLA income.
- Solid financial and budget management capabilities.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and campaign execution skills.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
