The Marketing Lead will focus on marketing the loyalty programme (Old Mutual Rewards), promoting financial wellness tools, and driving digital adoption across the Goals, Rewards, and Digital Channels portfolios.
This role requires a commercially minded individual who can shift the business and marketing function towards outcomes and value delivery, ensuring campaigns demonstrate appropriate Return on Investment (ROI).
The individual will manage a team comprising 2 Marketing SMEs, a Graphic Designer, a Content Writer, and a Campaign Specialist and will report to the Executive: CX, Marketing and Operations.
Collaboration with Group Marketing and external agencies is critical to ensure integrated and high-quality delivery.
The individual will also coordinate efforts between the Life & Savings business and OM Bank for shared campaigns, while managing budgets and applying best practice in customer engagement.
