Our client is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to support the Convener of the TPAC Conference and Sage 300 Action Group.

This role involves both strategic coordination and hands-on administration for international and local events, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics, administration, and scheduling for conferences and seminars
  • Assist with communications, travel planning, and conference materials
  • Manage and liaise with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support social media content planning and light engagement
  • Facilitate engagement with VARs (Value Added Resellers) and technology partners
  • Provide assistance with website content updates or light web development tasks
  • Maintain records, contacts, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
  • Attend local and international events, providing on-site support where necessary

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Exposure to or interest in web development (e.g., WordPress or HTML/CSS basics)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
