Schedule : Full-time, async-friendly but overlap with GMT+1 to GMT+4 preferred
Top 5 Objectives
Activate & Support Key Partners Onboard 3 -5 partners with follow-up workflows in
AI-Enhanced Execution Use Blaze.ai, ChatGPT, Lovable.com to automate 50%+ of posts / collabs.
Content Rhythm Maintain 4+ LinkedIn posts / week across channels with 5%+ engagement.
Marketing Hub Operations Centralize all decks, assets, and SOPs in ClickUp by Day 60.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate referral marketing & co-branded content via Lovable.com
Build pitch decks, case studies, and campaign materials for partnerships
Schedule & post content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant adtech communities
Leverage forums / Discords for outreach and community engagement
Use AI tools to create content, automate reports, and scale operations
Maintain ClickUp as the central hub for all marketing materials and SOPs
Support BD / CEO with meeting prep, scheduling, and marketing dashboards
Requirements
1 -3 years experience in marketing, operations, or partnership support (B2B / SaaS a plus)
Strong command of AI marketing tools (Blaze.ai, ChatGPT) and design platforms (Canva, Lovable)
Clear communicator and follow-up pro (inbox zero is your default state)
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
Bonus : Exposure to ecommerce, adtech, or affiliate / referral ecosystems
Monthly salary : $1,500 -2,000 / month + up to $500 KPI-based bonus
Clear growth path to Marketing Ops or Partnerships Manager
