Job summary

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Event Administration & Logistics: Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for ExtruWorld and other CFAM events. Manage event registration, delegate communication, travel arrangements, supplier coordination, and documentation. Support event setup, branding, hospitality, and post‑event reporting.
  • Marketing Administration: Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and filing systems. Manage procurement and stock control of branded materials and printed items. Coordinate marketing workflows and support departmental administration.
  • Marketing Content Support: Assist with creating, editing, and formatting brochures, presentations, product sheets, and digital content. Support website and social media content updates. Prepare marketing collateral requested by the sales team.
  • Administrative & Reporting Duties: Track marketing spend, analytics, CRM updates, and event metrics. Prepare regular reports summarising event performance and marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing administration or event coordination.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
