Job Description

Drive the execution of effective and appropriate Social Media, Content and Search Engine Optimization strategies within the Group portfolio, aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Information Technology. An SEO certification would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in;
    • Managing content on managed social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc. as well as the bank's owned platforms.
    • Briefing, approving, and creating compelling, on-brand social media and owned platform copy/content that engages the audience and drives desired actions.
    • Executing content strategy and best practices, including developing content plans, optimizing content, managing community interactions, and producing reports.
    • Understanding and hands-on experience in SEO principles across a content ecosystem, including both on-page and off-page optimizations and technical SEO.
