  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $149,739.00 to $173,174.00 plus super (clerk grade 11 / 12)
The role

The Manager People Partners plays a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic HR outcomes by managing a team of People Partners and aligning human resource practices with organisational goals. This role is responsible for fostering strong stakeholder relationships, delivering integrated workforce solutions and leveraging data-driven insights to address complex challenges such as organisational design, change management and workforce planning. By partnering with executives and managers the Manager ensures HR strategies are embedded in key business milestones and future-focused initiatives.

A key challenge of the role lies in balancing operational demands with long-term strategic priorities across a diverse and dynamic environment. Success depends on the ability to influence decision-makers, build high-performing teams and continuously improve service delivery. The Manager must also role model ethical behaviour and lead with integrity, ensuring the teams actions reflect the organisations values and contribute to its commercial and cultural success.
