Our client, a large and established manufacturing organisation is seeking a Management Accountant, with a focus on quality, operational efficiency, and financial excellence, to complete their team.

What you will be doing:
  • Perform full costing functions
  • Analyse general ledger accounts for accuracy and reasonableness
  • Prepare and deliver management reports
  • Monitor stock, work in progress (WIP), and oversee floor stock counts
  • Compile, track, analyse, and report on budgets
  • Prepare bills of materials and cost new products
  • Check product margins and translate raw material specifications into bills
  • Work with financial data to interpret and present insights
  • Implement and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Support month-end processes, including journals
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Perform strategic analysis and planning with key stakeholders
  • Recommend improvements to procedures, operating systems, and financial controls
  • Travel nationally when required (limited)
  • Work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when necessary
