Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving financial controls, providing insights into business performance, and supporting senior management with strategic financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management

• Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across departments or projects

• Support strategic planning and business decision-making

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies

• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required

• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies

• Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional qualification or progress toward CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA), or equivalent

• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role

• Strong understanding of management accounting principles
