Our client in the aviation fuel infrastructure sector is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities at petroleum storage depots. This role ensures asset reliability, safe operations, and compliance with maintenance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate daily maintenance tasks within fuel storage depots/plants.
  • Ensure execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Enforce OHS compliance including permit-to-work processes, inductions, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure readiness for audits.
  • Support shutdown planning, asset integrity checks, and maintenance scheduling.
  • Promote a safe, high-performance maintenance culture.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' supervisory experience in maintenance of petroleum storage depots or plants.
  • 2+ years' experience in OHS, including permit-to-work, safety inductions, risk assessments, and inspections.
