Job summary

A facilities management company in Johannesburg is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee and optimize maintenance operations. You will be responsible for planning preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance planning.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

• Support reporting, compliance and safety requirements.
