• Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs.
• Management experience and ability to use financial data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance program for mobile equipment, plants, and facilities.
• Develop, train, and facilitate maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program.
• Cultivate relationships with steel mill personnel and vendors.
• Develop maintenance systems and monitor the department’s budget.
