Qualifications

• Solid experience with production lines & industrial baking equipment
• Know-how in electrical, plumbing, tiling & general maintenance
• Strong leadership skills able to manage people & processes
• Sharp at R&M scheduling and problem-solving under pressure
• Flexibility to jump in during evenings & weekends for emergencies
• Willingness to travel nationally when duty calls
• Your own drivers licence & tools
• In addition, a formal qualification in electrical | plumbing and managerial experience is a non-negotiable.
