A leading tourism consultancy in South Africa seeks an experienced Inbound Travel Specialist. This role involves designing and managing high-quality, tailor-made travel experiences across Southern Africa. The ideal candidate will have in-depth regional knowledge, excellent supplier relationships, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in inbound travel is essential, along with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle complex itineraries. Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as an inbound travel consultant/specialist.
• Proven expertise in Southern Africa inbound travel.
• Strong knowledge of FIT, luxury, or experiential travel.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke itineraries across Southern Africa.
• Manage bookings end-to-end with confirmations and documentation.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong supplier relationships.
