Do you have experience managing a major “Logistics Hub” focusing on developing a team and serving as the primary spokesperson cultivating strong, strategic relationships with internal stakeholder and the franchisor?

Our national client’s CPT CBD branch requires a GM within logistics to take full ownership of a high-volume operation and drive top performance!

This role requires your high EQ for team leadership, operations expertise to produce financial results in order to drive efficiency and deliver sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Operations, Business Administration/Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Operations or General Management role within a large, Logistics complex organisation
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L ownership
  • Background in Logistics, Operations, or Large-scale Enterprise environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and critical-thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs, cross-functional initiatives, and change management efforts
  • Experience in data modelling and analysis
  • Track record of high performance, ownership, and delivery in unstructured environments
  • Energetic, action-oriented, and solutions-driven leadership style
  • High EQ Emotional Intelligence

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct & oversee all logistic hub operations ensuring efficient, safe, consistent service delivery
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as the franchisor, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
  • Apply a data-driven approach to forecasting, capacity planning, and customer growth initiatives
  • Recruit, onboard, lead, and motivate management and operational teams
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, KPI tracking, and continuous development
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the hub, including budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest levels of operational quality
  • Identify financial, operational, and people-related risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead change management initiatives across large and diverse teams
  • Partner with IT and third-party service providers to deliver enterprise-level systems and tools
