Our client, an importer of high-end products based in Montague Gardens, is looking for a sharp, detail‑driven professional to join their team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient movement of goods and materials, where precision and accuracy are everything.

This role is perfect for someone who’s always on the ball, thrives in a team‑focused environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems (advantageous)
  • A proactive, team‑oriented approach
  • Obtain and maintain a valid forklift licence (training will be required for the successful candidate).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on logistics coordination, ensuring the efficient movement and handling of goods and materials.
  • Provide backup support for operations, assisting with day‑to‑day activities when required.
  • Manage warehouse operations, maintaining organized workflows, storage practices, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee stock control, including accurate receiving, storage, and dispatching of inventory.
  • Execute month‑end inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining precise stock records.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation, being available every alternate weekend to support operational needs.
  • Obtain and maintain a valid forklift licence (training will be required for the successful candidate).
