The Field Guide must possess a recognized guiding qualification and communicate effectively while delivering memorable wildlife experiences. Meanwhile, the Front of House professional will ensure exceptional guest service and seamless operations. Ideal candidates have a strong passion for hospitality and wildlife in a remote setting, along with relevant experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognized field guiding qualification and relevant permits.
• Valid First Aid certification is essential.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional game drives and guided bush walks.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
• Maintain a warm, professional presence while serving guests.
