Job summary

A leading mining consultancy in Northern Cape is seeking a Load and Haul Manager to oversee and optimize load and haul operations within a mining environment. The ideal candidate will manage production targets and ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, an Open Cast Blasting ticket, and at least 10 years of relevant operational experience. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated.

LOAD AND HAUL MANAGER

Overview: The Load and Haul Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and optimization of the load and haul operations within the mining environment. This role ensures the achievement of production targets in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible manner while maintaining compliance with company standards, the Mine Health and Safety Act, and other statutory requirements.
