Job summary

A luxury lodge recruiter seeks a Senior Guide & Front of House Couple to provide engaging guest experiences and ensure smooth operations in beautiful St Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal. Responsibilities include conducting game drives, maintaining safety and lodge standards, and delivering exceptional host interactions. The ideal candidates will have prior guiding and hospitality experience with strong communication skills. Live-in arrangements are provided, with a monthly salary of R25,000 - R30,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven guiding experience in a lodge environment.
• Valid guiding qualification and driver's licence.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Experience in Front of House role within hospitality.
• Confident hosting ability and basic F & B knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided game drives providing guests with an engaging experience.
• Ensure guest safety and adhere to lodge protocols.
• Deliver exceptional hosting and guest interaction.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Front of House duties.
• Coordinate with other lodge departments for operational efficiency.
