About the Role

GoApply SA is looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help us reach job seekers who need support improving their CVs, tailoring job applications, and landing better opportunities.

As part of our outreach team, you'll be responsible for messaging potential clients on LinkedIn, introducing them to GoApply's services, and responding to anyone who shows interest.

Your job is to convert conversations into booked calls and ultimately successful sales— all through direct LinkedIn engagement.

This is a commission‑only position, ideal for someone persuasive, proactive, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do
  • Send targeted outreach messages to potential clients on LinkedIn.
  • Respond to people who show interest and provide clear information about GoApply's services.
  • Convert conversations into booked consultations and confirmed sales.
  • Keep track of outreach progress and share insights with the team.
Compensation

R50 per successful booking (confirmed consultation) and R per successful sale (completed purchase).

Requirements
  • Previous experience in LinkedIn outreach, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and results‑driven.
  • Access to LinkedIn and a stable internet connection.
