We are looking for a highly skilled Level-2 Engineer with strong networking and server expertise to join our IT team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex network and server issues, and assisting with the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in IT managed services or consulting environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
• Previous experience in MSP or IT consulting environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in networking and server administration, preferably in managed services or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Proficient in server administration (Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID) and network security (firewalls, VPNs).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
