Lending Advisor

Role Overview

The Lending Advisor is responsible for managing end‑to‑end lending transactions for RMB Private Bank (RMBPB) Private Clients (PC) and Private Wealth (PW) clients. Responsibilities include originating lending deals, assessing clients' financial requirements and cash flow positions, and structuring tailored lending solutions. Developing and maintaining client relationships and providing high‑quality wealth creation, accumulation, and protection advice is also a key focus.

Responsibilities
  • Originate lending deals and assess clients' finance needs.
  • Structure tailored lending solutions based on credit, financial statements and market trends.
  • Collaborate with business units and product houses to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Manage end‑to‑end lending transactions.
  • Provide expert analysis and support to secure new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • Achieve financial targets and assist with profit growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification of NQF7 with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FNB products and services.
  • Understanding of financial statements, cash‑flow analysis, credit analysis and property market knowledge.
  • Market and economic awareness.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
