Relevant Experience

• LLB Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience.
• Basic contract review, commercial agreements, and administrative workflows
• Hands‑on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and transactional contracts
• Exposure to private equity, asset management, hedge funds, or corporate legal environments.
