Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site Lecturer role based in East London.
The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction and facilitating learning for students at different levels.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering course materials, assessing student performance, providing guidance and mentorship, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and assessments.
The lecturer will also contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of relevant and impactful learning programmes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in course content delivery, curriculum development, and effective teaching methodologies
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage classroom activities and academic schedules
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and engaging with diverse students
• Experience in student assessments, feedback provision, and academic counselling
• Familiarity with higher education standards and relevant accreditation processes
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field; Master's degree or further qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in tertiary education or training solutions is highly desirable
• Commitment to professional development and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
