A global data and technology firm in Johannesburg seeks a Learning & Development Administrator to coordinate training activities and ensure compliance with learning requirements. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources and expertise in managing learning records. You will handle onboarding, reporting, and liaising with training providers to support employee development. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset are essential for this role.
The Learning & Development Administrator provides essential support in the coordination, administration, and reporting of all learning and development activities across the organisation.
This role ensures smooth coordination of training requests, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The role is also responsible for inducting new staff into the organization, managing learnerships and undertaking other duties that may be necessary and compatible with the nature of this role.
