Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• A Higher Certificate or Diploma in Operations or Production Management is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree related to the field is advantageous.
• 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in supervisory roles is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans in line with BOMs and quality standards.
• Lead and manage production teams while adhering to OHSA and ISO standards.
• Monitor resources and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Drive lean initiatives and cost-saving measures.
• Compile production stats and reports.
