Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned to business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.
Translate company objectives into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales).
Act as the primary product advocate and communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to leadership.
Partner with executives to ensure alignment and influence strategic product decisions.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization based on business value and customer needs.
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Review product performance, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvements post-launch.
Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, analytics, and usage data.
Champion customer empathy, ensuring user experience is central to product design.
Work with UX teams to create intuitive, impactful user experiences.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide product decisions.
Track and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas.
