Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a C&I Construction Manager for their Rustenburg location. The successful candidate will manage various Control & Instrumentation and Fire Detection projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Construction Management within the mining or processing sectors, strong leadership skills, and a relevant engineering qualification. This position requires effective project management abilities and technical skills in construction execution.

Qualifications

• Matric (Maths & Science) required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Management (Mining / Processing).
• Valid driver’s license & own vehicle essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and close‑out per SIB guidelines.
• Oversee fabrication, construction, and commissioning within scope, time, and cost.
• Conduct risk assessments, quality inspections, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with SHE requirements.
