Job description

- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on laundry equipment

- Train and supervise ship's laundry staff on proper laundry procedures and safety protocols

- Ensure that all laundry operations comply with company and industry standards

- Keep accurate records of laundry usage and expenses

- Communicate with ship's management and crew to ensure timely and efficient laundry services

- Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility at all times
