Responsibilities
  • Execute routine and project-based laboratory tests, including viscosity, density and sample testing
  • Support the Chemist with laboratory projects and international testing requirements
  • Maintain consumable and glassware stock control
  • Ensure laboratory cleanliness, housekeeping and readiness at all times
  • Adhere strictly to safety, SHERQ and quality control standards
  • Contribute to consistent laboratory output that supports operational productivity
Requirements
  • Degree in Analytical Chemistry or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an analytical laboratory environment
  • Proven experience in quality control processes
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Computer literacy and clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a high-risk or explosives environment will be advantageous
