A leading HR solutions provider is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage the full HR function for their South Africa office. You will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with local labour laws while implementing Global HR strategies. The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of progressive HR experience and HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM. Strong facilitation skills and tech-savviness are essential. Qualifications

  • HR Certification such as CIPD or SHRM preferred.
  • Experience in designing and executing L&D and engagement programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations, compliance and L& D.
  • HR Certification CIPD, SHRM preferred.
  • ficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
  • Tech Savvy familiar with AI based and HR and learning tools
  • Exp designing and executing L& D and engagement programs.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
