Job summary

A leading automotive consulting firm seeks a Junior Technical Sales Consultant in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will report to the Regional Manager, provide technical training, generate sales, and attend events. Essential qualifications include a Grade 12 certificate and a valid driver’s license with personal vehicle. The role requires a dynamic individual, fluent in English and another South African language, capable of working independently and traveling as needed. Compensation will be based on experience and discussed in the interview.

Job description

SUMMARY:

Our client who is an Importer of world class brands automotive, refinishing, industrial, agricultural & aviation industry is looking for a junior Technical Sales Consultant in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to relevant Regional Manager on a daily basis
• Provide technical training to customer base (New & Existing)
• Demonstrations of product range to existing & potential new customers
• Sales generation & promotion of product range to existing customer base
• Basic merchandising of product displays
• Generating new business accounts
• Attend customer events / exhibition shows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (no exceptions):

• Grade 12 / Matric / Equivalent “N” qualification
• Valid driver’s license – must have own vehicle

• Fluent in English and at least 1 other official South African language
