Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and cost control.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, cost management software, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and issue tender documents, bills of quantities, and scope of works.
  • Certify progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Finance Department to ensure alignment on cost.
  • Ensure all procurement and payment processes comply with company policies.
