Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics is essential.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in this discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes.
• Test and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency.
• Define business process and activity SLAs.
• Evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Liaise with business analysts and provide input on design.
• Administer user privileges and security.
• Maintain process or document catalogue.
• Manage access control standards.
• Conduct reporting and data analysis.
