A leading consulting company in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage full payroll functions, including preparation and processing of employee documentation. Candidates should possess an accounting diploma, payroll admin certifications, and proficiency in SAGE 300. The role requires a solid understanding of statutory calculations and labor regulations, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Please apply if you are suited for this position.
Full payroll function - Preparing, collecting and sorting input documentation.
Modifying and Maintaining employee information.
Updating and maintaining employee files.
Input on the payslip screen: Earnings, Deductions, Company contributions, Perks
Processing Leave.
Preparing employee files for auditing purposes.
Batch entry and import.
Onboarding and Terminate employees.
Printing reports and payslips
Reconciling all input and make relevant corrections.
Third party reconciliations.
Export UIF Declaration File.
STATS SA submissions.
Accounting diploma (or equivalent)
Payroll Administration Courses – Certifications.
SAGE 300 People User Qualifications and experience
MEIBC and ESS (Employee Self Service) knowledge.
Understanding of Statutory calculations (PAYE, UIF, SDL).
2-5 years’ experience on Sage 300 (Leave Module, including Employment Equity Module, Personnel History Module, Skills Module.)
Understanding of the Labour Act, BCEA in relations to Payroll Function.
