Job summary

A leading internship provider in South Africa is looking for young, motivated Junior Merchandisers to join a structured internship program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aged 18 to 28 to gain valuable workplace experience over a 12 to 18-month period with guidance from seasoned professionals. No prior work experience is needed; just a willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment. A stipend of R3,500 per month will be provided.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Determine stock to be merchandised
    • Draw stock requirements
    • Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
    • Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
    • Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
    • Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
    • Accurately record merchandising activities
    • Execute calls as per call cycle
    • What We’re Looking For
    • Aged 18–28 years
    • NCV Level 4 or N6 TVET Certificate
    • Looking to complete a workplace experience internship
    • No work experience needed – we’ll teach you!
    • Willing to learn, grow, and work in a professional environment
    Duration
    • N6 TVET Internship: 18 months
