WE’RE HIRING: JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER / SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR

Location: Paarl

Type: Full-time, Office-based

Ideal for someone who just finished university

Start Date: February 2025

Compensation: Negotiable (based on skills & experience)

Must love dogs. Must be okay with dogs judging your designs.

At Three23 Digital Marketing, we make brands look amazing online. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who also loves social media, content creation, and isn’t scared to hold a camera. If you can design, schedule posts, shoot content … you’re already winning. Bonus points if you can edit videos or play with animation. Extra bonus points if your animations make us laugh or say “wow”.

What you’ll do:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, and campaigns
• Manage and assist with social media accounts
• Schedule content across platforms
• Shoot photo and video content for brands (yes, you get to be behind the camera)
• Create Reels, short videos, and visual content
• Bring brand stories to life visually
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Assist with video editing and animation (big bonus skill)
• Keep everything on-brand and consistent
• Work closely with our creative and marketing team
• Learn fast, grow faster

What we’re looking for:

• Recently graduated in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or similar
• Strong design basics: layout, typography, colour
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in social media management and content planning
• Willingness to shoot photo and video content
• A portfolio (student work is 100% welcome)
• Organised, creative, and motivated
• Must love dogs. Again. Very important.

Bonus skills:

• Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
• Motion graphics / animation
• Experience with Reels and TikTok-style content
