Job Title - Junior Business Analyst

Job description-

The Junior Business Analyst will support the Business Banking IT team in documenting requirements, assisting with process reviews, and contributing to change initiatives that improve corporate and commercial banking processes. This includes areas such as client onboarding, credit origination, payments, and customer lifecycle support. The role is suited for an analytical thinker eager to learn and grow within the banking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements under guidance from senior analysts.
• Support analysis of current business and system processes, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Help translate business needs into simple functional specifications for development and testing teams.
• Contribute to solution design discussions across onboarding, credit, and payments processes.
• Participate in impact assessments for business and technology changes.
• Provide support in workshops, interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
• Prepare basic business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and procedure notes.
• Track assigned tasks and report progress to senior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Exposure to banking or financial services is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with credit origination, payments, or customer onboarding processes is a plus.
• Basic understanding of business and IT change management concepts.
• Willingness to learn agile or hybrid delivery methods.
