Job description

We are looking for a detail-driven and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to support both our finance and front-office teams. This role is ideal for someone who's organised, adaptable, and ready to take on a mix of bookkeeping and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture supplier invoices, receipts, and supporting documents using Dext OCR and Xero.
  • Assist with supplier reconciliations and month-end processes.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with finance SOPs.
  • Follow up on missing proof of payments and documentation.
  • Collate delivery documents and confirm goods received for Finance.
  • Provide reception relief during breaks and handle calls and visitors professionally.
  • Support the Accountant and Bookkeeper with general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Matric (minimum qualification).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, finance, or office support role.
  • Exposure to financial administration or document capturing (advantageous).
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Xero or Dext OCR is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
