• An LLB degree from a recognised institution.
• Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court.
• Must be in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.
• A minimum experience of 3 years of post‑article experience with proven expertise in Third‑Party legal matters.
• The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting, negotiation and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Electronically proficient.
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills essential for litigation and effective client and team interactions.
• A proactive solution‑focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Third Party Claims against the Road Accident Fund.
• Conduct consultations and provide expert legal advice on third‑party matters including litigation claims and disputes.
• Draft, review and attend to pleadings and motions related to third‑party matters.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront.
• Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency and timeliness in all legal services provided to clients.
• Monitor and report on fee‑generating activities aiming to meet and exceed performance targets with a strong sense of initiative.
