  • Location: Brackenfell Cape Town
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Stipend: R5 500
  • Qualification Required: Degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field (University or University of Technology)
Job Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation and creation of Purchase Orders (POs) in line with internal procurement procedures

  • Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Assist with monthly reports, filing, and general ledger updates

  • Provide clerical support including scanning, copying, and organizing accounting documents

  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries related to invoices and payments

  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the accounting team
