Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set and monitor targets to achieve sustained sales growth.
- Lead and develop sales teams to meet performance and revenue objectives.
- Present and promote the company’s range of products and services to new and existing clients.
- Ensure high-quality costings, quotations, and order accuracy for manufacturing processes.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Report on performance metrics, market trends, and strategy execution.
Requirements :
Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent experience.Relevant qualification or training in Marketing and Sales.Knowledge of textiles / clothing manufacturing, with the ability to understand product specs (e.g., Diploma in Clothing Management, Garment Production or Fashion Design).3–5 years’ management experience with a successful sales track record.Experience in the fashion, clothing, or branding industry is a strong advantage.Valid driver’s license and own transport; willingness to travel.Key Skills :
