Detail :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Set and monitor targets to achieve sustained sales growth.
  • Lead and develop sales teams to meet performance and revenue objectives.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Ensure high-quality costings, quotations, and order accuracy for manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Report on performance metrics, market trends, and strategy execution.

Requirements :

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant qualification or training in Marketing and Sales.
  • Knowledge of textiles / clothing manufacturing, with the ability to understand product specs (e.g., Diploma in Clothing Management, Garment Production or Fashion Design).
  • 3–5 years’ management experience with a successful sales track record.
  • Experience in the fashion, clothing, or branding industry is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport; willingness to travel.
