Qualifications

Description

Stefanutti Stocks Coastal is seeking a candidate to deliver accurate, timeous and effective management of the wages payroll for the region.

Primary duties include:
  • Ensuring that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run for example, receiving and processing of onboarding documents from sites, any contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits and staff benefits.
  • Accurate recording, monitoring, and managing of the wages employee data base system.
  • Assisting employees in resolving any queries related to benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance of all personnel documentation with the internal policies and procedures and the availability of these records when required.
  • Providing various standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Ensuring deadlines are ery met and information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, integrity and compliance to company policies & procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Department where required.

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in SAGE 300 People and ESS
  • Knowledge of the various labour law acts
  • At least 3 years’ HR experience in a similar role
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding environment
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to ensure high accuracy and attention to detail
