Job Description

The Digital Marketing Associate supports the execution and optimization of NxaTel’s digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, email marketing, performance tracking, and market research to strengthen brand presence, engagement, and lead generation across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, curate, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging, on‑brand, and visually appealing social media content aligned with campaign goals
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media and digital performance metrics using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for digital growth
  • Assist with the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead‑nurturing workflows
  • Contribute to written marketing content including blog posts, website copy, landing pages, and promotional materials
