Overview

A passionate and experienced High School Teacher is required to teach Information Technology (IT). Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Degree and PGCE or B.Education (specialised degree if teaching into a specialist subject)
  • SACE certification and police clearance
  • 5 years experience teaching the IEB curriculum at high school level (Grades 8-12)
  • 5 years specialist subject teaching (Information Technology)
  • Computer literacy and the ability to integrate IT suitably in teaching/learning
Key Performance Areas
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons following IEB curriculum and educational standards
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the IEB guidelines and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians about academic performance and areas for improvement
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and committees as required
  • Contribute to the school's culture of excellence, respect, and mutual support
