MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (NQF 4)
• IT related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT diploma / degree)
• Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment and one year experience in 2nd or 3rd level IT support

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage system availability and server capacity efficiently
• Ensure incidents are managed and resolved promptly
• Plan and implement system changes, including documentation and skills transfer
• Oversee all aspects of daily IT operations
• Supervise & develop the performance of systems support operators
• Conduct and facilitate internal audits in compliance with external audit rules
• Perform all functions of project management
• Ensure compliance with gaming board requirements and codes of conduct, policies, and procedures
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately
